Win NBI developed by OSAI is designed for Front End Management of the CNC Machine Tool. It is Windows based and the user could configure the Screen based upon the Application. WinNBI can interconnect many CNCs on the FACTORY LAN and Screen Layouts can integrate data coming in from all CNCs on the NETWORK.

Additionally, the software is supplied with special Tools such as Digital Oscilloscope used for Dynamic Tuning of the machine tool.

THE EMBEDDED SoftPLC

The SOFT PLC supplied with OSAI OPEN CNCs uses a graphical environment based upon IEC61131-3 and the machine logic is developed using Structured Texts.
The PLC Tool is designed with functions for debugging and utilities such as “changing on the fly” and “warm start” of logic to speed up Commissioning.
